About Reliquum Body

The journey to Reliquum has had many years, many steps, but looking back it all makes sense. From the first book I ever remember reading, a physics book by Isaac Asimov, my love for Legos growing up and still, the many sports that I have tackled, from baseball to powerlifting. My fascination with Math, Economics and Entrepreneurship. Initially attending college as an Engineering major to finish with a degree in Human Biology. Taking college courses in design, drawing, architecture just for fun. From watching Bob Wolfe on the Travel Channel when I was 10 to getting an A.D. in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Blue. Dropping my cardiovascular research job at Johns Hopkins for a full time job as a Personal Trainer. Looking back it is all related, I love designing and creating, but creating things and ideas that have structure and life at the same time, with a purpose and meaning, all backed by science. After 22 years as a Fitness Professional it all makes sense now, I have a deep passion for Health and Fitness, all aspects and details of it, from food to physiology, from science to performance, from aesthetics to what it can mean to a human life. It wasn’t until 2011 that the idea of Reliquum really started taking shape.
